Gubernut Sumsel, Herman Deru mengatakan, pihaknya belum mendapatkan hasil laboratorium terhadap pengujian sampel dari kedua pasien tersebut oleh Balitbangkes.
“Kami akan menyampaikan informasi bagi poses mencegah dan menangkal covid 19 ini.
Aa dua PDP yang pagi ini terkonfirmasi meninggal dunia. Belum ada hasil tes laboratorium dari Balitbangkes, belum ada hasil pemeriksaan,” ungkapnya, Senin (23/3/2020).
Gubernur menambahkan, untuk menghindari kekhawatiran pihak keluarga ataupun masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan jenazah kedua PDP tersebut. Penyelenggaraan jenazah tetap dilaksanakan layaknya penderita Covid-19.
“Kewaspadaan itu tetap dilakukam. jika hasilnya sudah resmi akan kami sampaikan negatif atau positif,” tegasnya.
Meski demikian, Gubernur menambahkan, pihaknya tetap pada ststus waspada sampai dengan keluarnya hasil pemeriksaan atau sampel dari kedua PDP tersebut secara resmi dari Balitbangkes. Untuk itu, masyarakat diharapkan tetap tenang dengan menjaga pola makan yang baik, terapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat.
“Jika ini positif status naik siaga,” tegasnya.
