RIMAUNEWS, LAHAT,- Kasus penangkapan Ctr (Inisial-red) Oknum Jaksa di Kejari Lahat tertangkap Narkoba oleh tim Narkoba Polres Lahat bulan Juni 2021 lalu masih dalam tahap penelitian berkas oleh kejari Lahat. Pihak Kejari Lahat saat ini telah menerima limpahan berkas perbaikan dari Satnarkoba Polresta Lahat tanggal 23 Agustus 2021 dan akan dipelajari hingga 14 hari kedepan.
Kepala Kejari Lahat Fitrah,SH melalui Kasi Intel Faisal,SH mengatakan, membenarkan adanya oknum Jaksa Kejari Lahat yang saat ini ditangkap akibat diduga mengkonsumsi Narkoba dan untuk proses lebih lanjut masih dalam tahap penelitian berkas setelah menerima pelimpahan dari Satnarkoba Polresta Lahat.
“Sebelumnya sudah dilimpah kan namun karena berkasnya belum lengkap akhirnya dikembalikan dan tanggal 23 Agustus 2021 kemarin kembali menerima pengembalian berkas dan akan diteliti hingga 14 hari kedepan apakah sudah lengkap atau belum,”ujarnya.
Dijelaskan Faisal, pihak Kejari Lahat akan Profesional dalam menangani kasus ini dan jika memang berkas nya lengkap akan langsung diproses sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku. Namun, untuk oknum Jaksa Ctr (Inisial-red) saat ini masih ditangan penyidik Polresta Lahat.
“Jadi masyarakat jangan kuatir, jika materi berkas yang dilimpah kan lengkap maka secepat mungkin akan diproses hukum dan kami tidak menutupi atau pun menghambat kasus ini,”imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Lahat AKBP Achmad Gusti,Sik melalui Kasat Narkoba AKP Zulfikar,SH menuturkan, membenarkan saat ini berkas perkara kasus oknum Jaksa telah dilimpah kan ke Kejari Lahat dan berharap secepat mungkin ditetap kan P21 agar tidak berlarut. Untuk masa penahanan berlaku hingga 120 hari terhitung sejak ditangkap bulan Juni 2021 lalu hingga Agustus 2021 saat ini.
“Kami ingin hari ini berkas dilimpahkan besok ditetap kan P21 nya, namun semua itu butuh proses apalagi untuk kasus oknum Jaksa CTR ditangani langsung oleh Kejari Lahat sehingga kasusnya benar-benar teliti,”pungkasnya.(man)
