RIMAUNEWS, Palembang – Gubernur Sumsel H Herman Deru mengajak semua Partai Politik (Parpol) terus bersinergi dalam mendukung pembangunan pemerintah daerah khususnya di Provinsi Sumsel.
Hal itu dikatakanya saat menyaksikan Pelantikan Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Demokrat Provinsi Sumsel periode 2022-2027, Cik Ujang dan Ketua DPD Partai Demokrat Provinsi Lampung, Edy Irawan Arief yang dilantik langsung Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) bertempat di Ballroom Aryaduta Palembang, Kamis (10/2).
Menurut Herman Deru Partai Demokrat ini telah dikenalnya sejak lama bahkan sepak terjang dari partai tersebut luar biasa, terutama mendukung setiap program pemerintah dalam membangun daerah.
“Partai Demokrat ini saya mengenalnya sudah begitu lama, bahwa setiap kepengurusan baik yang lama ataupun yang baru sudah memberikan kontribusinya dalam membangunan daerah,” katanya.
Dia berharap di kepengurusan yang baru ini tetap terus berkontribusi dalam mendukung pemerintah membangun daerah terutama demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. “Selamat kepada kepengurusan Partai Demokrat semoga dapat menjalankan tugas dengan baik,” katanya.
Sebagai Pembina Parpol di Sumsel Herman Deru ingin pada ajang demokrasi tahun 2024 tetap dapat mempertahankan kondusifitas sehingga Sumsel tetap zero konflik.
“Di tahun 2024 mendatang kita akan pemilu untuk itu kita harus tetap menjaga kearifan lokal. Bahwa Sumsel ini dikenal Provinsi zero konflik meskipun kita bersaing tapi kita tetap bersanding di dalam kepentingan masyarakat,” ucapnya.
Sementara itu, Ketum Partai Demokrat, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono yang hadir secara virtual mengucapkan selamat kepada pengurus yang baru dilantik baik di Provinsi Sumsel dan Provinsi Lampung.
Menurutnya dalam kurung waktu dua tahun lagi akan menyongsong pesta demokrasi di Indonesia oleh karena itu tidak ada waktu lagi untuk bereuforia.
“Mari kita segera menyusun strategi menyatukan energi, pemikiran dan tenaga untuk konsentrasi dalam memenangkan pemilu baik Presiden atau legislatif dan kepala daerah. Semoga perjuangan kita ini dapat menuju kesuksesan,” ucapnya.
Ditempat yang sama, Ketua Partai Demokrat terpilih, Cik Ujang mengajak semua pengurus Partai Demokrat di Sumsel agar bersatu dan kompak di dalam meraih kursi baik Presiden, Legislatif hingga kepala daerah baik Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota.
Dia juga menyakinkan kepada Ketum AHY bahwa dalam kepimpinannya akan menjalankan tugas dan mencarikan calon yang berpotensi untuk bisa duduk di kursi baik legislatif ataupun kepala daerah.
“Insya Allah kita akan terus kompak dalam memenangkan pemilu 2024 nanti,” ucapnya.
Cik Ujang juga akan mengajak semua pengurus baik tingkat Provinsi hingga Kabupaten/Kota agar terus bersinergi mendukung program Pemerintah Daerah.
