RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – Setelah melalui berbagai tahapan dan mekanisme aturan yang berlaku, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sumsel menyepakati Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang Perubahan APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2022, dalam Rapat Paripurna LV (55) di Gedung DPRD Provinsi Sumsel, Kamis (22/9) pagi.
Persetujuan tersebut dituangkan dalam Keputusan Bersama DPRD Provinsi Sumsel dan Gubernur Sumsel tentang Persetujuan terhadap Raperda Perubahan APBD TA 2022.
Sebelum penandatanganan keputusan bersama, Gubernur Sumsel, Pimpinan DPRD dan anggota DPRD mendengarkan penyampaian laporan hasil pembahasan dan penelitian Banggar DPRD Provinsi Sumsel terhadap Raperda Perubahan APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2022 yang disampaikan Pelapor Dr.Ir. Syamsul Bahri MM.
Dalam kesempatan itu Syamsul Bahri mengungkapkan beberapa saran dan catatan yang diharapkan menjadi perhatian Pemprov Sumsel di antaranya.
” Pertama agar Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Sumsel dapat betul-betul memperhatikan dalam hal pemutakhiran data kependudukan. Mengingat kebutihan data kependudukan yang up to date dan akurat untuk menghadapi Pemilu 2024. Jangan sampai masih ada data-data kependudukan yang ganda, yang meninggal masih tercantum dan seterusnya karena data kependudukan yang akurat menentukan mutu demokrasi,” jelasnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu Syamsul juga mengatakan bahwa DPRD melalui Banggar mengapresiasi Badan pengembangan SDM (BPSDM) atas target dan capaian BLUD yang meningkatkan sumber pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) yang bersumber dari pendidikan dan latihan (diklat) yang dilaksanakan tidak hanya dari wilayah kab/kota di Sumsel saja.
” Untuk dana hibah kepada partai politik, diharapkan Badan Kesbangpol dapat proaktif dalam mensosialisasikan persyaratan dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk pencairan dana hibah tersebut,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru dalam penyampaian pendapat akhirnya mengatakan akan segera melakukan evaluasi sehingga pada waktunya dapat ditetapkan menjadi Perda.
“Terimakasih dan kami berikan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada Pimpinan DPRD, dan anggota yang tergabung dalam Banggar dan komisi yang telah mengeluarkam tenaga dan waktu membahas penelitian sehingga rancangan perubahan APBD dapat dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan,” jelasnya.
Menurutnya dengan keyakinan dan tekad yang tulus, ikhlas dan tekad yang kuat diyakininya program dan kegiatan yang ditetapkan dalam perubahan ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan, berdaya guna dan tepat guna.
