Hut DPD REI Sumsel Ke 50, Zewwy Salim: Optimis Tahun 2022 Capai 15 Ribu Unit Rumah

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG- DPD REI Sumsel memperingati hari jadinya yang ke 50 tahun denggan membuat tagline “Garda Depan Mewujudkan Indonesia Tangguh, Indonesia Tumbuh”.

Di usia setengah abad, DPD REI Sumsel tetap optimis di tahun 2022 bisa mencapai target penjualan 15 ribu unit rumah. Pasalnya, backlog rumah di Sumsel masih cukup tinggi, mencapai hampir 400 ribu unit.

“Kami berharap tahun ini bisnis properti terus tumbuh. Pada 2022, kami masih memprioritaskan penyerapan KPR untuk rumah masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Karena segmen pasar dan permintaan perumahan ini sangat besar,” kata Zewwy Salim, usai Memperingati usai DPD REI Sumsel ke 50 Tahun Real Estate Indonesia (REI) di kantor DPD REI Sumsel, Jumat (11/2/2022).

Apalagi, lanjut Zewwy, backlog perumahan di Sumsel masih cukup tinggi, hampir 400 ribu unit. Karena itu, pihaknya tetap optimistis bisnis properti akan terus tumbuh.

“Tahun 2022 kita berikan kemudahan untuk membeli rumah subsidi, karena harganya terjangkau. Selain itu, pengajuan KPR di perbankan juga relatif mudah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah atau rumah subsidi,” ujarnya.

“Di masa pandemi, pangsa pasar rumah MBR tidak berkurang. Di masa pandemi, REI Deplover juga terus berinovasi dalam melakukan penjualan dengan keterbatasan tatap muka, namun inovasi penjualan menggunakan media online. Masyarakat kini juga lebih mengenal perumahan melalui IT. atau media online,” jelasnya.

Saat ditanya mengenai target penjualan rumah pada 2022, Zewwy Salim mengungkapkan, tahun ini REI Sumsel menargetkan 15 ribu unit rumah. “Tahun lalu dari target penjualan 15 ribu unit rumah, terealisasi 11 ribu unit rumah. Tahun ini kami optimis penjualan bisa mencapai 15 ribu unit rumah. Apalagi kami mengimbau Deplover untuk memberikan hadiah kepada konsumen, dan tahun ini ada program Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan (BP2BT) merupakan program bantuan pemerintah yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah,” ujarnya.(Don)
