RIMAUNEWS, LAHAT- Kasus dugaan SPPD Fiktif sebesar Rp.1.114.880 Milyar Tahun Anggaran 2020 dilingkungan dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan kabupaten Lahat masuk ketahap penyidikan per 7 September 2021. Saat ini Kejari Lahat telah memeriksa sebanyak 20 orang ASN yang ada dilingkungan Pemda Lahat dan akan mencari penanggung jawab utama dalam kasus SPPd fiktif ini.
Kejari Lahat Fitrah,SH dalam jumpa pers (7/9) mengatakan, benar telah melakukan penyelidikan dalam kasus SPPD fiktif dilingkungan dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan kabupaten Lahat, dimana dari pemeriksaan rincian dana sebesar Rp.1.114.880 M tersebut yakni untuk dinas dalam daerah sebesar Rp.286.420.000 dan dinas luar sebesar Rp.824.460.000.
“Saat ini sudah sebanyak 20 ASN mulai dari dinas perpustakaan hingga ASN luar tempat objek perjalanan dinas dipanggil untuk memberikan keterangan dan kami nyatakan bahwa kasus ini dari tahap penyelidikan naik ketahap penyidikan per hari ini 7 September 2021,”ujarnya didampingi Kasi Intel Faisal dan Kasi Pidsus Anjas.
Dijelaskan Fitrah, dari hasil penyelidikan yang dilakukan di temukan kerugian negara kurang lebih sebesar Rp.400 juta dalam dalam waktu dekat akan terus dikembangkan untuk mencari penanggung jawab utama dalam kasus SPPD fiktif ini dan pemeriksaan akan dikembangkan keluar Provinsi Sumsel yakni Bengkulu, Babel dan Lampung.
“Pencairan dana tersebut secara bertahap dan pengakuan dari para saksi mereka tidak pernah melakukan perjalan dinas dimaksud dan semua tanda tangan adalah palsu, Kejari Lahat tegas akan menindak perkara ini sesuai aturan yang berlaku,”pungkasnya.(MN)
