Palembang — Pertemuan Komisi XI DPR RI dengan Badan Pengelolah Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (BPDPKS) dan Asosiasi Kelapa Sawit dalam rangka pengawasan prngelolaan dana kelapa sawit oleh BPDPKS dilaksanakan di Hotel Arista, Jumat (18/11/2022). Hadir dalam acara tersebut, seluruh stakeholder terkait.
Direktur Keuangan, Umum, Kepatuhan dan Manajemen Resiko BPDPKS Zaid Burhan Ibrahim menuturkan, pihaknya selalu berkoordinasi dengan Kementrian LHK dan ATR BPN serta seluruh stakeholder terkait. Bahkan ATR BPN di daerah sudah mendapat surat edaran dari pusat untuk program PSR.
“Kami terus meningkatkan koordinasi dengan stake holder terkait, dinas, bahkan asosiasi dan lembaga serta sosial kemasyarakatan. Kita juga bekerjasama dengan HTI atau lembaga lain,” katanya.
“Kami sangat terbuka untuk melakukan kerjasama masyarakat di daerah,”katanya.
Pimpinan Komisi XI Prof Dr Hendrawan Supratikno mengatakan, BLU di Kemenkeu rata rata sehat termasuk BPDPKS ini juga sehat.
“Lembaga lembaga dilingkungan Kemenkeu semua kuat dari segi pendanaan. Justru masalah yang terjadi ,bagaimana dana ini bisa disalurkan tepat sasaran, tepat manfaat dan tepat aturan. Itu yang jadi konsen kami,” ujarnya.
“Kami cek, ada dana Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) kok surplus. Berarti akses rakyat untuk memperoleh dana ini mengalami kendala, ini harus diurai,” katanya.
Hal senada diungkapkan Anggota Komisi XI Bertu Merlas ST.
Bertu menuturkan, sebagai orang Sumsel akan mendorong BPDPKS yang sudah baik agar semakin baik.
“Yang bisa mengakses BPDPKS ini bukan hanya petani plasma diperusahaan, tapi juga petani sawit mandiri,” katanya.
Politikus dari Fraksi PKB ini menerangkan, masalahnya adalah petani sawit mandiri kendalanya adalah kurangnya informasi kepada mereka. Itu juga dikarenakan masalah lahan tumpang tindih, lahan HGu dan lahan hutan produksi maupun lahan lindung gambut yang membuat mereka tidak dapat program PSR.
“Saran kami kepetani mandiri adalah memperluas akses. Selain itu, BPDPKS juga harus semakin gencar melakukan sosialisasi kepada petani mandiri agar mereka tidak kurang informasi,” katanya.
“BPDPKS harus memberi informasi lebih luas ,karena banyak petani sawit mandiri yang membutuhkan program PSR. Karena kurangnya informasi dari BPDPKS menyebabkan petani sawit mandiri tidak mendapatkan program PSR,” pungkasnya. (DN)
