RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – Astra Motor Sumsel resmi memeperkenalkan New Honda Genio terbaru dengan ubahan desain yang semakin memperkuat karakternya, didukung dengan fitur terbaru yang membuatnya tampil semakin bergaya. Evolusi desain pada skutik berdimensi compact ini siap menjadi pilihan baru bagi mereka yang menginginkan skutik untuk merepresentasikan gaya hidup dan identitas mereka, dengan didukung mesin berperforma dinamis, lincah, dan nyaman digunakan sehari-hari.

New Honda Genio hadir dengan desain terbaru yang lebih ikonik dan gaya sesuai dengan tren masa kini. Tampilan ikonik dari New Honda Genio ini juga didukung dengan penggunaan ban terbaru berukuran 12 inci yang mendukung proporsi berkendara lebih seimbang dan stabil. Berbekal mesin 110cc berperforma dinamis dan irit bahan bakar, rangka eSAF (enhanced Smart Architecture Frame) yang berteknologi tinggi, serta fitur komplit fungsional seperti power charger yang kini berada pada rak depan, New Honda Genio menjawab keinginan konsumennya untuk memiliki sepeda motor handal namun juga fungsional dalam menemani aktivitas keseharian mereka.

Achmad Wahyudi Irmono selaku Technical Service Manager Astra Motor Sumsel mengatakan ubahan pada New Honda Genio tentunya dilakukan untuk memberikan pilihan bagi para entry level di Sumatera Selatan, khususnya kalangan anak muda yang menginginkan tampilan motor yang lebih bergaya.

“New Genio yang kita hadirkan saat ini tentunya untuk menjawab kebutuhan konsumen yang menginginkan motor berkualitas, fashionable dengan harga yang terjangkau sehingga produk ini ditargetkan untuk kalangan entry level seperti pelajar, mahasiswa bahkan ibu rumah tangga. Dengan penyematan fitur canggih tentunya semakin menambah kenyamanan dalam berkendara” ungkap Achmad

Tampilan New Honda Genio kini tampak semakin segar. Ubahan pada desain cover dan fender depan menghadirkan bentuk 3 dimensi yang dilengkapi dengan garis berkarakter dan ekspresi tajam dan kuat, membuat model terbaru ini tampil semakin unik dan juga fotogenik. Hal ini didukung dengan dimensi compact, sangat ideal dan nyaman untuk berkendara sehari-hari di tengah padatnya lalu lintas. Jarak jok dengan tanah 744 mm mendukung fleksibilitas pengendara, ditunjang dengan step floor yang luas. Didukung ukuran ban tubeless terbaru yang lebih lebar, depan 100/90-12 dan belakang 110/90-12 memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam berkendara serta tampilan yang semakin bergaya.

New Honda Genio mempertahankan mesin handal 110cc SOHC eSP (enhanced Smart Power) dengan sistem pembakaran injeksi PGM-FI yang lebih irit bahan bakar. Tenaga maksimal mesin ini mencapai 6,6 kW @ 7.500 rpm, dan torsi puncak di 9,3 Nm @ 5.500 rpm. Kemampuan ini sanggup membuat Honda Genio semakin responsif saat berakselerasi. ACG starter melengkapi kemampuannya agar tetap halus saat mesin dinyalakan. Fitur ini bergandengan dengan ISS (Idling Stop System) khas Honda yang membuat mesin mati otomatis saat berhenti, dan menyala kembali hanya dengan memutar tuas gas.

New Honda Genio sudah menggunakan rangka eSAF yang memberi pemanfaatan ruang yang semakin efisien terbukti dengan kapasitas bagasinya yang besar, berukuran 14 L untuk menyimpan barang kebutuhan berkendara harian serta kapasitas tangki bahan bakar 4,2 L.

Untuk menunjang aktivitas harian penggunanya, New Honda Genio juga dibekali fitur-fitur penunjang yang fungsional, power charger untuk mengisi ulang baterai gadget saat ini disematkan pada bagian rak depan sehingga lebih mudah diakses oleh penggunanya yang sering menggunakan gadget.

Teknologi lampu depan Honda Genio sudah menggunakan LED, dipadu lampu belakang stylish, serta lampu sein terpisah di bagian cover bodi, memberikan image modern dan pencahayaan optimal. Panelmeter digital menyajikan berbagai informasi termasuk penunjuk kecepatan, odometer, bahan bakar, dan indikator ECO sebagai panduan berkendara efisien. Sentuhan aluminium pada pijakan kaki pembonceng dan grip belakang menyuguhkan penampilan yang mewah.

Faktor keamanan ditunjang dengan fitur secure key shutter, dilengkapi tombol pembuka jok yang praktis. Parking Brake lock, sistem pengereman combi brake, dan side stand switch menjadi fitur standar New Honda Genio yang memastikan keamanan penggunanya.

Nehemia selaku Parts Manager Astra Motor Sumsel mengatakan dengan ubahan design dan penyematan fitur tercanggih pada New Honda Genio, Astra Motor Sumsel yakin bahwa type ini akan disambut baik oleh masyrakat.
“Kami menargetkan New Honda Genio akan terjual 600 unit per bulannya. Kami optimis dengan target ini karena sambutan dan antusiame dari masyarakat untuk type ini sangat baik, terbukti sampai per hari ini unit ini sudah di indent sebanyak 110 unit. Tentunya dengan hadirnya New Honda Genio, kami yakin untuk terus memperkuat dominasi penjualan Honda di Sumatera Selatan” ungkap Nehemia

New Honda Genio dipasarkan dengan dua tipe, yaitu CBS dan CBS-ISS dengan total 6 pilihan warna stylish sesuai dengan trend gaya hidup masa kini. Tipe CBS yang dipasarkan di Palembang dengan harga on the road (OTR) Rp 19.100.000,- Tersedia dalam tiga warna, yakni Radiant Red Black, Radiant Brown Black, serta Radiant Black. Sementara itu, tipe CBS-ISS yang dipasarkan dengan harga OTR Rp 19.690.000,-, juga mendapat tiga pilihan warna, yakni Fabulous Matte Black, Fabulous Matte Brown, dan Fabulous Matte Blue. (Don)
