RIMAUNEWS, OGAN ILIR – Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Umsel) terus menggelontorkan sejumlah bantuan untuk masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi covid-19.
Seperti pada Senin (6/9) siang, Pemprov Sumsel menyalurkan bantuan sosial berupa 100 ton beras untuk masyarakat di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Bantuan beras tersebut diberikan secara simbolis oleh Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H Mawardi Yahya di Kelurahan Sungai Pinang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
Tidak hanya itu, bantuan serupa juga diserahkan Mawardi kepada Forum Komunikasi Pelaku Kuliner Bersatu Kabupaten Ogan ilir.
“Ini adalah bagian peran serta pemerintah Semetara Selatan untuk masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19, khusunya untuk masyarakat yang belum terdaftar di bantuan BLT maupun BST, nantinya bantuan ini akan kita sebar di seluruh Sumsel,” ujar Wagub Mawardi di sela pemberian bantuan tersebut.
Dia mengungkapkan, bantuan 100 Ton beras tersebut akan diperuntukkan bagi 120 Desa di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
“100 Ton beras yang kita sediakan untuk Kabupaten Ogan Ilir yang nantinya akan kita salurkan kepada kurang lebih 120 Desa. Jadi bantian ini tidak hanya untuk kelurahan saja. Kita pastikan juga yang menerima bantuan ini memang berhak menerimanya,”
Tak hanya itu, dia meminta masyarakat Kelurahan Sungai Pinang untuk selalu menerapkan protokol kesehatan di kehidupan sehari-sehari, termasuk aturan PPKM yang saat ini masih diberlakukan di sejumlah tempat.
“Dalam kesempatan ini juga saya mengingatkan untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan diberbagai kegiatan bapak ibu sekalian. PPKM juga kita harus patuhi karena hal tersebut juga merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19,” imbuhnya.
Di sisi lain, di juga berpesan kepada Kepala Desa yang ada di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir untuk segera membagikan dana BLT Desa yang masih belum sepenuhnya dibagikan ke masyarakat.
“Beberapa waktu yang lalu saya menerima laporan masyarakat yang masih belum menerima dana bantuan BLT Desa. Untuk itu saya minta seluruh Kepala Desa segera bagikan hak masyarakat yang mendapatkan bantuan tersebut,” tuturnya
Di lain pihak, Wakil Bupati Ogan Ilir H Ardani mengungkapakan rasa terima kasihnya kepada Pemprov Sumsel yang telah memberikan perhatian untuk masyarakat di Sumsel, tidak terkecuali Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
Dirinya mengatakan bahwa masyarakat sangat terbantu dengan adanya bantuan beras tersebut.
“Saya atas nama masyarakat Kabupaten Ogan ilir terimakasih atas bantuan yang telah diberikan ini sebab ini sangat membantu bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan terutama di masa pandemi. Karena adanya bantuan ini kami merasa bantuan ini sangat tepat diberikan,” ujar Ardani.
Dia juga menuturkan, saat ini Kabupaten Ogan Ilir mengalami penurunan angka penyebaran covid 19. Dimana sebelumnya, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir merupakan zona orange penyebaran covid 19 menjadi zona kuning.
Dari 16 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, ada 14 Kecamatan merupakan zona Hijau, satu zona kuning, dan satu zona orange.
“Alhamdulillah saat ini Ogan Ilir mengalami penurunan zona dari orange ke kuning. Dan dari 300 kasus covid 19 yang ada Ogan Ilir sekarang sudah menjadi 51 kasus. Dengan kondisi ini juga kita tetap waspada dan jangan sampai lalai jangan sampai ini mengalami kenaikan lagi,” tuturnya.
Sebagai Wakil Bupati Ogan Ilir, dia menjamin bantuan beras yang telah diberikan oleh Pemerintah Sumatera Selatan akan disalurkan tepat sasaran.
“Bantuan dari Pemprov Sumsel ini tentunya akan kita salurkan secara cepat dan tepat sasaran sesuai dengan masyarakat yang berhak. Karena juga yang menerima ini merupakan masyarakat yang sebelumnya belum menerima bantuan BLT maupun BST,” pungkasnya.(Ce)
