Peran MAPPI Untuk Masyarakat Dalam Menunjang Proyek Strategis Nasional

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG- Pembukaan Musyawarah Daerah III Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (MAPPI) Sumbagsel digelar di Hotel Excelton, Jumat (4/12/2020).

Ketum MAPPI Pusat, Ir Muhammad Amin MSi mengatakan, kegiatan hari ini adalah Musda III DPD MAPPI Sumbasel memilih ketua dan untuk menyusun rencana kerja 2020-2024.

“Prioritas program kerja adalah keprofesian penilai, sertifikasi, standar penilaian Indonesia dan pengembangan riset. Ini program utama MAPPI pusat dan diselaraskan dengan DPD se Indonesia,” ujarnya.

Amin menuturkan, untuk keorganisasian pihaknya ingin membuat MAPPI menjadi organisasi yang modern, transparansi, akuntable dan berbasis IT.

“Kita juga ingin eksistensi MAPPI ini agar lebih dikenal masyarakat. Karena banyak yang belum kenal dengan MAPPI, nah DPD MAPPI harus mensosialisasikannya ke masyarakat ,” bebernya.

Ketika ditanya jumlah anggota MAPPI, Amin mengungkapkan, totalnya sekitar 8.600 orang dan 3.000 lebih sudah teregister di Kementrian Keuangan. “Karena yang mengeluarkan izin itu di Kementrian Keuangan,” ucapnya

“Untuk sektor yang dinilai diantaranya MAPPI menilai jaminan kredit di Perbankan, juga pembebasan nilai tanah untuk pembangunan fasilitas umum seperti jalan tol, fly over dan lainnya” tandasnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua DPD MAPPI Sumbagsel periode 2016-2020 Muhammad Awaludin menambahkan, hari ini Musda III MAPPI Sumbagsel periode 2020-2024. Agendanya adalah menetapkan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan eksistensi profesi penilai.”Peran kita ke masyarakat adalah dalam rangka menunjang proyek strategis nasional,” ucapnya.

Awaludin menuturkan, pihaknya juga memperjuangkan tim penilai, karena selama 39 tahun, belum ada payung hukumnya. “Itu yang ingin kami perjuangkan,” katanya.

“Tugas kita adalah menilai setiap pembebasan lahan untuk fasilitas umum. Selain itu, untuk menentukan nilai transasksi jual beli, dan jaminan di Perbankan,” pungkasnya.(Don)
