Pertamina Gandeng Alfamart, Bright by Alfamart Diresmikan

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – PT Pertamina (Persero) dari waktu ke waktu terus berupaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan layanan kepada konsumen setianya, kali ini dengan menghadirkan fasilitas one stop service hasil kolaborasi dengan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk atau Group Alfamart untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan konsumen di SPBU.

Hal ini terungkap saat peresmian Bright by Alfamart oleh Sales Area Manager (SAM) Sumsel-Babel Pertamina Marketing Operation Region (MOR) II, Sadli Ario Priambodo dengan didampingi oleh Dede J. Wardhana selaku Branch Manager PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. di SPBU COCO 21.301.01 Kenten, Palemban, Jumat (26/3).

“Diharapkan dengan kerjasama ini, varian produk sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat selain mengisi BBM di SPBU dapat terpenuhi,” ungkap Sadli.

Sementara itu, Dede J. Wardhana menyampaikan, untuk saat ini di wilayah Palembang sudah terdapat 2 outlet Bright by Alfamart, diantaranya terletak di SPBU COCO Kenten dan SPBU COCO Plaju yang nantinya dapat bertambah di SPBU lainnya.

“Harapannya, dengan kerjasama ini bisa memberikan benefit bagi Pertamina dan Alfamart Grup. Sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkan layanan bagi masyarakat bisa dicapai bersama-sama,”tutup Dede.

Unit Manager Communication, Relation & CSR MOR II, Umar Ibnu Hasan mengungkapkan, one stop service merupakan bentuk layanan Pertamina untuk memanjakan konsumen dalam memenuhi seluruh kebutuhannya.

Program ini merupakan pengembangan bisnis non fuel retail untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Pertamina berupa layanan consumer goods di SPBU dengan bisnis mini market melalui Program Co-Branding Bright by Alfamart/ Alfamidi.

“Selain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar dan pelumas untuk kendaraan, hadirnya Bright by Alfamart di SPBU juga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokok, kebutuhan sehari-hari serta makanan dan minuman siap saji,” tambah Umar.

Total Bright by Alfamart di Sumbagsel sudah tersedia 6 outlet. 4 outlet di Lampung dan 2 outlet di Palembang.

“Rencana kedepan di Sumatera Selatan, Bright by Alfamart akan hadir di SPBU dan Lembaga Penyalur BBM skala kecil seperti Pertashop,” tutup Umar.
