“Gada utama sendiri lebih banyak kepada kualifikasi manager pengamanan.” kata Ketua Umum BPP Abujapi A.Dermawan usai menghadiri acara pelatihan yang di selengarakan oleh PT Perisai Bintang Sakti dan Korbinmas Baharkam Polri, Senin ( 15/2/2021) di Hotel Alts Palembang.

Dermawan mengatakan, pelatihan ini
lebih mengenal bagaimana sistim managemen pengamanan.

Dari tata cara mereka harus desain sebuah desain pengamanan dan bagaimana mempersiapkan SOP pengamanan termasuk leadership.

“Pelatihan ini selama satu minggu dan kurang lebih 1 JP （Jam Pelajaran),”ucapnya

Pesertanya sendiri kalau dia security karir jadi dia harus sudah mengikuti gada pratama gada madia baru ketingkat gada utama, atau mereka para pimpinan BUJP direktur para manager operasional bisa mengikuti gada utama. ucapnya

Ketua BPD Abujapi Sumsel H Novembriono SE menuturkan, kami sebagai penyelenggara PT Perisai Bintang Sakti hari ini menyelenggarakan acara pembukaan Diklat kualifikasi gada utama angatan ke -3 dan  di ikuti sebanyak 31 peserta.

Perwakilan atau utusan terdiri dari Aceh, Riau, Padang, Lampung, Batam Kepulauan Riau dan Palembang. Dari 31 peserta itu semua dari Sumatera.

Alhamdulillah tadi telah dibuka oleh Kasubdit Kamsa dari mabes polri dihadiri oleh Dirbinmas Polda Sumsel, Kasubditkamsa mewakili Kabaharkam membacakan amanat dari Kabaharkam yang mewakili Kordinas Kabaharkam Polri,“ beber Novembriono.

Kegiatan ini tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan bagi calon manager satpam maupun manager jasa pengamanan milik perusahaan. Dimana garda utama adalah salah satu syarat untuk membuat surat ijin operasional atau rekomendasi polda, pendidikan ini akan dilakukan selama 15 sampai dengan 19 Februari.

“ Untuk instrukturnya dari bersumber dari pada Polda Sumsel dan Korbinmas Kabaharkam Polri juga dari Akademisi maupun dari pemerhati bidang studi, selain itu ada juga Asosiasi Apsi dan Asosiasi Abujapi,“ jelasnya.

Kegiatan ini selain kegiatan pendidikan keterampilan juga diisi dengan interpersonal skil sistem managemen pengamanan tanggap darurat dan lainnya lagi,“ jelasnya.(Don)
