Terima Audiensi Executive GM AP II Baru, Herman Deru :  Jangan Bedakan Pelayanan Penumpang VIP dan Kelas Ekonomi

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – Mengawali kegiatannya Selasa (2/7) pagi, Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru menerima audiensi Executive General Manager Angkasa Pura II dalam rangka silaturahmi pejabat baru Angkasa Pura II, di ruang tamunya.

Selain meneruskan program-program yang sudah dijalankan pejabat terdahulu Herman Deru juga berpesan beberapa hal kepada Executive General Manager (EGM) Angkasa Pura II, Raden Iwan Winaya Mahdar.

“Selamat bertugas, dan teruskan apa yang telah dilakukan EGM sebelumnya.  Prinsipnya kita ini tuan rumah, jadi siapapun penumpang yang datang  maupun pergi melalui bandara mendapatkan kenyamanan pelayanan,” jelasnya.

Menurutnya pelayanan kepada  penumpang kelas VIP maupun kelas ekonomi harus sama-sama diutamakan karena beda penempatan saja.

Tak hanya berpesan soal pelayanan, Ia juga mengingatkan EGM yang baru agar menjaga hubungan baik dengan stakeholder untuk menjaga kondusifitas wilayah kerja.Dalam kesempatan itu Ia juga  berpesan agar EGM AP II memberikan pelayanan prima pada proses pemulangan jemaah haji yang sudah mulai berdatangan sejak Senin, (1/8) kemarin.

Sementara itu EGM AP II yang baru Raden Iwan Winaya Mahdar mengatakan sangat senang bisa bertemu langaung dengan orang nomor satu di Sumsel tersebut untuk bersilaturahmi sekaligus menerima arahan.

Dalam kesempatan itu Raden Iwan juga memaparkan progres untuk penerbangan langsung (direct flight) langsung Palembang-Jeddah.” Tinggal menunggu surat edaran dari Satgas Covid. Mudah-mudahan bisa segera dibuka bulan ini,” jelas pria yang sebelumnya bertugas di Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung dan Bandara Soekarno Hatta tersebut singkat.

Dalam kesempatan audiensi tersebut,  Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru tampak didampingi Asisten II Bidang Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Sumsel Darma Budhy, Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumsel, H Achmad Rizwan, S.STP, Kepala Biro Humas dan Protokol Pemprov Sumsel Rika Efianti SE. MM, Manager of Airport & Services, Vinsensius, Manager of Finance & Human Resources,.serta Ahmad Dedi, ADC EGM Rangga Yuana.**
