RIMAUNEWS. PALEMBANG- Sebanyak 60 kepsek Sekolah Dasar serah terima jabatan di Gedung Aula Diknas Pendidikan Kota Palembang, Senin（26/10/2020).
Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palembang Ahmad Zulinto mengatakan, ini serah terima jabatan ada 60 yang kepsek Sekolah Dasar yang diserah terimakan. Ini ada promosi dan mutasi yang sudah dilantik tempo hari dan hari ini serah terima jabatan antara yang lama dan yang baru.
“ Kita hanya berpesan karena kita telah membuat integritas selama 6 bulan. Apa yang sudah saya sampaikan tadi berkaitan dengan kepala sekolah bagaimana mengurusi sekolah untuk dapat membuat sekolah tersebut berprestasi bisa mencapai intergritas,” ungkap Zulinto.
Lebih lanjut Zulinto menambahkan, 6 bulan adalah masa evaluasi dari integritas, maka pihaknya berharap kepsek ini nanti bisa berinovasi disekolah. Baik itu ekstra kurikulernya mereka harus memahami. Karena mereka sebagai managerial yang meminit sekolah. “Jangan ada sekolah gurunya tidak menjalankan tugas dengan baik,“jelas Zulinto.
“Terkadang ada sesama guru selisih paham saya berharap dapat diselesaikan secara baik. Saya minta itu diselaikan secara baik,“kata Zulinto
“ Untuk semuanya sudah defenitif jumlah yang diserah terimakan berjumlah 60 untuk kepala Sekolah Dasar. Selama 6 bulan akan kita lakukan evaluasi. Kita minta kepada seluruh kepala sekolah untuk inovasi minimal dia jaga kondusifitas disekolah dan prestasi prestasi minta muncul dari sekolah sekolah ini. Alhamdullilah ini ada dari kepala sekolah calon SMP yang masih muda. Mudah mudahan dia bisa berinovasi,” tutup Ahmad Zulinto（Don）
