Hujan dan Angin Kencang,Jaringan PLN Terganggu

*Pohon-pohon Bertumbangan, Hujan Angin Juga Rusak Kabel Listrik. Ini yang Dilakukan PLN*

PALEMBANG – Hujan deras disertai angin kencang pada Selasa (17/3) sore tadi menyebabkan pohon-pohon besar di seputaran Taman Kambang Iwak Palembang tumbang. Selain menyebabkan terganggunya lalu lintas, tumbangnya pohon-pohon besar di seputaran spot favorit warga Pakembang itu juga merusak beberapa peralatan listrik milik PLN.

Sejak pukul 3 sore, hujan yang disertai angin kencang berlangsung hingga kurang lebih 2 jam. Berdasarkan pantauan di lapangan, beberapa titik di seputaran Kambang Iwak, Seputaran Hotel Swarna Dwipa, Jalan Hang Jebat, Jalan Talang Kerangga, terkena imbas hujan angin tersebut. Beberapa pohon-pohon besar yang tumbang menutup jalan atau menimpa pagar rumah warga. Selain itu, Kabel listrik PLN yang terpasang di tiang-tiang juga ikut tertimpa pohon, akibatnya listrik di sebagian wilayah tersebut mengalami padam.

PLN bersama Dinas PRKP, DLHK Kota Palembang, Dishub Kota Palembang, dan Camat Setempat, segera menerjunkan personilnya untuk melakukan pembersihan pohon yang roboh dan mengamankan kabel yang putus. Selain agar arus lalu lintas di seputar lokasi kembali normal, juga untuk memastikan tidak adanya bahaya akibat kabel yang putus.

Manager PLN Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Palembang, Nanang Prasetyo menjelaskan bahwa gangguan listrik akibat hujan angin itu menimpa beberapa lokasi di Kota Palembang, antara lain: seputaran Kambang Iwak dan Jalan Supeno, seputaran Talang Kerangga, Talang Semut, Tanjung Burung dan Rambutan. Sebagian besar gangguan yang terjadi karena peralatan listrik seperti kabel atau tiang listrik yang ditimpa pohon.

“Awal hujan angin sekitar pukul 3.30 sore ada sebanyak 106 gardu yang padam. Secara sistem kita lakukan penormalan, sehingga pada pukul 6 sore sudah 97 gardu berhasil menyala kembali, tinggal 9 gardu yang kita upayakan bisa segera normal kembali,” ungkap Nanang.

Dijelaskannya, sebanyak 72 personil gabungan unit PLN se Kota Palembang diterjunkan untuk melakukan perbaikan jaringan. Ditambah dengan bantuan personil dan peralatan dari Dinas PRKP dan DLHK Kota Palembang, sehingga proses pemulihan di beberapa titik bisa berlangsung cepat.

“Hingga pukul 8 malam ini, tinggal 2 gardu di daerah Tanjung Burung yang sedang dikerjakan perbaikannya. Beberapa peralatan kita rusak dan harus dilakukan perbaikan, namun kami optimis malam ini bisa diselesaikan,”ujarnya bersemangat.

Untuk itu, dirinya berharap agar masyarakat tidak sungkan untuk melaporkan jika ada pohon yang dekat dengan jaringan listrik dan bisa berpotensi bahaya. PLN bersinergi dengan Tim PU PRKP yang bertugas memangkas dan memotong pohon jika berpotensi bahaya dan mengganggu jaringan listrik. Masyarakat cukup melaporkan melalui telpon 0711-123 dan petugas PLN siap menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat Melalui WA Grup Lintas Stakeholder.

“Kami memiliki tim pemeliharaan yang rutin membersihkan jaringan listrik dari gangguan pohon. Kita juga bekerjasama dan koordinasi dengan dinas terkait agar pekerjaan pemeliharaan jaringan listrik berjalan optimal,” jelas Nanang.

“Masyarakat cukup telpon ke Contact Center PLN di nomor telpon 0711-123, jika ada pohon, umbul-umbul, atau benda lain di dekat jaringan listrik yang bisa berbahaya atau mengganggu. Agar listrik tetap menyala dan kita semua nyaman,” imbuhnya.

“Kami juga sampaikan terima kasih atas koordinasi dan bantuan rekan-rekan Dinas PRKP dan DLHK Kota Palembang dalam pembersihan dan perbaikan yang dilakukan, serta dari pihak Korem dan Polrestabes yang ikut berjibaku dalam pengamanan perbaikan tadi,” ungkapnya menutup pembicaraan.
