RIMAUNEWS, MARTAPURA – Terhitung sejak Januari hingga November 2021, sebanyak 5 personel Polres OKU Timur dilakukan pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat (PTDH). Dari 5 personel tersebut, 4 orang di antaranya dipecat (PTDH) karena terlibat kasus narkoba.
Seperti yang dilakukan upacara PTDH yang dipimpin Kapolres OKU Timur, AKBP Dalizon, kemarin (11/11). Personel Polres OKU Timur yang dipecat adalah Aipda Wa yang meniabat Kasium Polsek Cempaka.
Aipda Wa resmi dipecat karena terlibat narkoba. Pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat terhadap salah satu anggotanya tersebut berdasarkan keputusan Kapolda Sumatera Selatan Nomor Kep/ 786/X/2021 tentang pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat dari dinas Polri.
Dalam arahannya, Kapolres OKU Timur mengungkapkan, jika pelaksanaan upacara PTDH seperti ini seharusnya tidak perlu terjadi, sebab menurut Kapolres, imbas yang dirasakan tidak hanya kepada personel yang mengalami namun juga terjadap keluarga.
“Tentunya keputusan ini melalui proses yang sangat panjang dan dengan penuh pertimbangan, serta berpedoman kepada koridor hukum yang berlaku,” ujar Kapolres.
Kapolres juga menambahkan, keputusan PTDH ini tidak diambil dalam waktu singkat dan juga melalui proses persidangan dimana sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Hal itu menurutnya demi kepentingan dan kebaikan organisasi Polri.
Selain itu pula keputusan ini merupakan salah satu wujud dan realisasi komitmen pimpinan Polri dalam memberikan sanksi hukuman bagi personel yang melakukan pelanggaran baik disiplin maupun kode etik kepolisian.
“Kepada personel yang di-PTDH semoga dapat menerima keputusan ini dengan lapang dada, walaupun nantinya tidak lagi menjadi anggota Polri, saya berharap sebagai warga negara yang pernah dididik menjadi anggota Polri agar tetap memiliki hubungan emosional dengan Polri dan menjadi mitra Polri dalam mewujudkan kamtibmas yang kondusif,” harapnya.
Menurut Kapolres, pemberhentian terhadap satu orang personelnya ini dilakukan karena terbukti melakukan pelanggaran kode etik profesi Polri, dan juga tentang penyalahgunaan narkoba yang dimaksud dalam pasal Pasal 21 ayat 3 huruf (a) Perkap Nomor 14 Tahun 2011.
“Upacara PTDH ini sekaligus menjadi evaluasi bagi seluruh personel Polri untuk tidak melakukan pelanggaran, terlebih lagi kinerja Polri juga selalu menjadi sorotan masyarakat, jika sebagai personel Polri belum mampu berprestasi, saya harap dengan sungguh-sungguh untuk tidak membuat atau mencedrai institusi dengan membuat pelanggaran itu sudah cukup bagi institusi,” pungkasnya.
