RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H Mawardi Yahya mendengarkan penyampaian pandangan umum Fraksi-Fraksi DPRD Sumsel terhadap Raperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2021 pada Rapat Paripurna ke 51 DPRD Provinsi Sumsel dipimpim oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumsel, H . Muchendi M, Senin (12/6).
Dalam pandangan umumnya masing-masing fraksi menyampaikan masukan, saran serta catatan dan jawaban terhadap Raperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2021 untuk disampaikan kembali pada Rapat Paripurna DPRD Sumsel selanjutnya.
Sejumlah faksi mengapresiasi Pemprov Sumsel yang telah meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI atas laporan keuangan tahun anggaran 2021.
Dimana Fraksi tersebut diantaranya Fraksi Partai Golkar, Fraksi Nasdem, Fraksi Partai PDI-Perjuangan, Partai Hanura, Fraksi PKS, Fraksi PKB, Fraksi PAN, Fraksi Demokrat dan Gerindra.
Fraksi Golkar, melalui Jubirnya Ersangkut menyoriti pajak kendaraan bermotor, retribusi daerah dan belanja daerah. Kemudian Fraksi PDI-P melalui Jubirnya Hj Sumiati menyampaikan terkait belanja daerah, nilai investasi jangka panjang. Sedangkan Fraksi Demokrat melalui jubir Azmi Shofik yang mengapresiasi nilai aset yang ada peningkatan dan harusnya diupayakan dari tahun ke tahun. Kedepan Fraksi Demokrat menyarankan kepada Pemprov Sumsel untuk lebih kreatif mencari sumber sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan sektor lainnya.
Sementara Wagub Mawardi Yahya mengatakan apa yang disampaikan oleh sembilan fraksi melalui juru bicaranya masing-masing merupakan masukan bagi Pemprov Sumsel untuk meningkatkan kinerja kedepan.
“Ini sebuah masukan luar biasa bagi kita. Jika memang ada kekurangan ataupun kelebihan bagaimana kedepan kita akan meningkatkannya lagi terhadap pandangan fraksi ini,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumsel, H Muchendimenyebut pandangan umum Fraksi DPRD Sumsel terhadap Raperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2021 merupakan sumbang saran dalam upaya penyempurnaan terhadap Raperda Sumsel yang sedang bahas saat ini.
“Pimpinan dewan mengharapkan pihak eksekutif kiranya dapat menyiapkan jawabannya pada rapat selanjutnya,” harapnya.**
