RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG- Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H Mawardi Yahya menyampaikan jawaban Gubernur terhadap Pandangan Umum Fraksi-fraksi DPRD Provinsi Sumsel terhadap Raperda APBD Provinsi Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2023 Pada Rapat Paripurna LVI (56) di Ruang Serbaguna LT. III DPRD Provinsi Sumsel, Kamis (29/9).
Dalam jawaban tertulis Gubernur Herman Deru yang dibacakan Wagub Mawardi Yahya menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasinya atas saran, kritik, dukungan serta masukan yang diberikan oleh 9 Fraksi DPRD kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Sumsel.
Beberapa jawaban Gubernur Sumsel terhadap pandangan umum Fraksi DPRD di sampaikan Wagub Mawardi Yahya diantarnya menjawab Fraksi Partai PDI Perjuangan.
Wagub menyampaikan sependapat bahwa APBD mempunyai peran yang sangat strategis untuk mendukung aktivitas pemerintah dalam menjalankan fungsinya baik untuk menunjang pelayanan publik, implementasi dari berbagai produk regulasi dan terhadap APBD Provinsi Sumsel tahun anggaran 2023 difokuskan dengan tema Sumsel Maju untuk Semua.
“Pada prioritas pembangunan daerah yang tercantum didalam Dokumen RKPD tajun 2023 yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial, ekonomi, pembangunan infrastruktur dan wilayah berbasis lingkungan dan tata ruang reformasi birokrasi dan stabilitas daerah,” katanya.
Kemudian Wagub Mawardi Yahya mengucapkan terima kasih terhadap saran yang disampaikan Fraksi Gerinda agar Pemprov Sumsel terus proaktif dan berinovasi dalam mencari sumber -sumber PAD yang baru dan menggeliatkan BLUD untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan profesional sehingga memberikan kontribusi PAD.
Selanjutnya menjawab Fraksi PKB, Mawardi Yahya mengucapkan terima kasih atas perhatian yang berikan berkaitan dengan apresiasi terhadap Nota Keuangan Raperda tentang APBD Tahun 2023.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas apresiasi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan daerah yaitu ssbesar lebih dari Rp. 129 Miliyar atau 1,22 persen. Pemprov Sumsel akan selalu meningkatkan kinerja serta melibatkan sekua pihak dalam rangka pengelolahan pendapatan daerah Provinsi Sumsel,” katanya.
Kepada Fraksi Partai Demokrat, Wagub mengucapkan terima kasih atas apresiasi yang disampaikan terkait telah dilaksanakannya penyusunan Rancangan APBD Tahun 2023 serta penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan Bersama terhadap KUA dan PPAS Tahun Anggaran 2023 sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan.
“Kami sependapat proses pengelolahan keuangan daerah harus dilakukan secara tertib, efisien, ekonomis, efektif, transparan dan bertanggung jawab dengan memperhatikan rasa keadilan, kepatuhan dan manfaat untuk masyarakat serta taat kepada peraturan perundang-undangan,”ungkapnya.
Kemudian menjawab Fraksi PAN, Wagub mengucapkan terima kaish atas apresiasi yang disampaikan terkait kerja sama yang baik dan harmonis di dalam pembahasan Raperda APBD tahun anggaran 2023 sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.
“Terhadap optimalisasi potensi sumber-sumber pendapatan baik dari pajak daerah maupun retribusi daerah serta sektor pendapatan lainnya sebagai pemasukan daerah,” ujarnya.
Kepada Fraksi Partai Hanura Perindo, Mawardi Yahya juga menyampaikan ucapkan terima kasih atas pernyataan yang disampaikan bahwa Penyusunan Raperda APBD Tahun Anggaran 2023 telah mempedomani dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
Selanjutnya Wagub berterima kasih atas saran dan masukannya terkait perbaikan pelayanan dengan cara memberikan kemudahan dalam hal pemenuhan kewajiban pajak sehingga para wajib pajak merasa nyaman untuk memenuhi kewajibannya dalam membayar pajak.
