Tim Nawacita Presiden Jokowi Terima Langsung Keluhan Petani di Desa Tirta Mulia

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG- Ketua Tim Nawacita Presiden Republik Indonesia Ruri Jumar Saef turun langsung ke Desa Tirta Mulia Kecamatan Air Sugihan Kabupaten OKI, Kamis (18/3/2021).

Turunya ketua Nawacita Presiden ini, karena telah menerima surat aduan dari kelompok masyarakat atas sengketa lahan dengan perusahan PT SAML dengan luas lahan 1.100 Hektar dengan status lahan adalah APL.

Lahan ini adalah lahan yang diperuntuhkan untuk perluasan kawasan transmigrasi pada tahun1982 sampai tahun 1997.

Pada 2017 masyarakat mulai melakukan pemanfaatan lahan itu dengan penanaman padi seluas 1100 hk dan di dukung oleh pemerintah Kabupaten dan Provinsi hingga terjadi dua kali Swasembada pangan di lahan tersebut.

“Akan tetapi tahun 2017, masyarakat dan PT SAML bersengketa tanpa melakukan koordinasi, tanpa melakukan ganti rugi ataupun komunikasi dari pihak-pihak terkait khususnya warga Desa Tirta Mulia,”kata Ruri.

“Masyarakat merasa sangat dirugikan sampai sekarang dan telah melakukan upaya-upaya untuk mendapatkan hak-hak mereka kembali terkait lahan tersebut,”jelas dia.

“Kita telah melakukan komunikasi intensif dengan pihak seperti, kepala desa dan pendamping desa bahwa yang kita butuhkan adalah peta kawasannya dan daftar Calon Petani dan Calon Lahan (CPCL) yang berapa kelompok tani yg melakukan pemanfaatan itu dan surat peryataan bahwa memang mereka adalah petani penggarap yang ada di lahan APL tersebut,”jelas dia.

Ia menambahkan, ini sudah kita terima semua dan untuk selanjutnya akan kita sampaikan kepada bapak Presiden Republik Indonesia Joko Widodo.

Sementara itu, Pendamping Warga, Dedi mengatakan Tim Nawacita datang kesini atas laporan masyarakat tentang persoalan konflik, sehinga saya sebagai pendamping mengirim langsung surat kepada Presiden dan diterima langsung oleh tim nawacita.

“Alhamdulillah tim nawacita langsung turun lapangan untuk melihat apakah benar lahan ini milik masyarkat dan memang benar ada,”ulas dia.

Kedatangan Nawacita ini, menurut Dedi, membuat kami optimis sekali bahwa persoalan akan selesai, karena beliau ini langsung kontaknya kepresiden dan presiden punya hak untuk memutuskan persoalan ini.

Ditempat yang sama, Kades Desa Tirta Mulia, Muha’is berharap permasalahan ini segera diselesaikan, karena masalah ini sudah berlarut-larut. “Mewakili seluruh masyarakat mengucapkan terimakasih, mudah-mudahan hadirnya Nawacita Presiden ini masalah kami bisa diselesaikan secapatya agar masyarakat bisa beraktifitas kembali seperti semula,”jelas dia.

“Kami berharap kepada Presiden Joko Widodo untuk sangat memohon agar bisa dikembalikan hak-hak kami yang telah diambil oleh perusahan PT SAML,”ungkap dia.

“Karena kami sudah lelah dan capek selama ini dibikin susah, oleh itu, saya mohon agar lahan hidup kami dikembalikan semua,” kata Tokoh masyarakat, Ahmad Suyono sambil berlinang Air Mata. (Don)
