17 Kabupaten beradu ketangkasan dalam pergelaran akbar ini

RIMAUNEWS, KAYUAGUNG – Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir atau OKI menjadi tuan rumah perdana jambore tingkat Provinsi Sumsel, 17 Kabupaten beradu ketangkasan dalam pergelaran akbar tersebut.

“Terimakasih Kabupaten OKI dipercaya menjadi tuan rumah perdana pada pergelaran Jambore tingkat Sum-sel yang digelar mulai 8 hingga 11 November di GOR Perahu Kajang Kayuagung OKI,” kata Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dispora) OKI Muhammad Refly didampingi Kabid Kelembagaan dan Organisasi Pemuda Nila Maryati.

“Tentu ini menjadi ajang terbaik Kabupaten OKI dalam mempromosikan aset daerah seperti pariwisata Teluk Gelam, Rumah Seribu Tiang dan hasil daerah sesuai harapan Bupati OKI H Iskandar,” ujarnya.

“Ada 5 pertandingan yang dilombakan dalam jambore ini yakni olahraga (senam poco-poco), pentas seni, baca puisi, lagu daerah, dan defile,” ujar H Akhmad Yusuf Wibowo, Kepala Dispora Sumsel didampingi Ahmad Nuargo, ketua DPD PPMI Sumsel, Senin (8/11).

“Pemenang terbaik pada jambore ini akan mewakili Sumsel pada pergelaran Jambore Nasional dan lulusan jambore (alumni) berhak menjadi anggota Organisasi Purna Prakarya Muda Indonesia (PPMI),” jelasnya.

Bupati OKI H Iskandar berharap Jambore Pemuda Daerah Provinsi Sumsel (JPD) dapat menyatukan pemuda di Sumsel dan menumbuhkan kreativitas dan kreasi baru bagi para peserta jambore.

“Selamat beradu ketangkasan dan galilah ilmu sebanyak-banyaknya dengan rajin menulis dan membaca karena kalian adalah putra dan putri terbaik Sumsel,” ujarnya.

M Alki Ardhiansyah Iskandar, Duta Literasi yang juga Ketua Majelis Pertimbangan Karang Taruna Kabupaten OKI mengucapkan, selamat datang di Bumi Bende Seguguk Kabupaten OKI.

“Kepada para pemuda-pemudi terbaik Sumsel di Jambore OKI tahun 2021, satukan energi merawat budaya bangsa,  semoga kegiatan ini dapat terus menyatukan pemuda di Sumsel dalam berkreasi dan beraktivitas menuju Sumsel maju untuk semua,”kata dia. (Don)
