Karyawan XL Axiata Salurkan Bantuan Darurat, Bantu Korban Kebakaran di Banyuasin

RIMAUNEWS, BANYUASIN – Karyawan XL Axiata, melalui Majlis Taklim XL Axiata (MTXL Axiata) menyalurkan bantuan untuk masyarakat yang terdampak kebakaran yang melanda pemukiman warga di Desa Sungsang I, Kecamatan Banyuasin II, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan.

Bantuan yang diberikan dalam bentuk pakaian sekolah untuk dipakai anak-anak yang terdampak dari kebakaran.

Territory Sales Manager XL Axiata area Banyuasin, Hendra Salman, menyerahkan secara langsung bantuan kepada Camat Banyuasin II, Salinan.S.Sos.MM di Posko Penanganan Korban Kebakaran Sungsang I. Hadir dalam penyerahan ini, GM Dealer XL BTI, Abdi Prihatin dan sejumlah tokoh masyarakat setempat.

Ketua MTXL Axiata, Yanuar Tirta Kumaya, mengatakan sebagian dari karyawan XL Axiata selama ini telah menjadi bagian dari masyarakat setempat, baik untuk bekerja maupun bermukim.

Bantuan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk wujud kepedulian untuk membantu masyarakat yang saat ini sedang terdampak kebakaran yang melanda pemukiman warga Desa Sungsang I. “Kami berharap dengan bantuan yang diberikan dapat meringankan beban para korban kebakaran,”jelas dia.

Yanuar menambahkan, ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari Program MTXL Axiata Tanggap Bencana yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Indonesia yang membutuhkan bantuan.

Dana bantuan yang disalurkan pihaknya ini merupakan hasil pengumpulan dana infaq karyawan XL Axiata yang secara rutin dikumpulkan setiap bulan dan dikelolah Majelis Ta’lim XL Axiata.

Camat Banyuasin II, Salinan.S.Sos.MM, mengatakan kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada keluarga besar XL Axiata dan MTXL Axiata yang telah peduli dengan memberikan bantuan untuk warga yang terlanda bencana.

“Bantuan ini akan segera kami salurkan kepada warga hari ini juga karena mereka memang sangat membutuhkan,”ungkap dia.

Kebakaran yang melanda pemukiman warga di Desa Sungsang I Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan terjadi pada Sabtu, 2 April 2022 sekitar pukul 18.30 WIB, yang menghanguskan sekitar 26 rumah yang didiami 41 kepala keluarga.

Kebakaran telah menghanguskan rumah dan harta benda mereka. Dan saat ini ada beberapa warga yang harus mengungsi kerumah kerabat karena belum bisa membangun rumahnya kembali. (Dn)
