RIMAUNEWS, BANYUASIN- Sebanyak 2783 pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (P3K) di Kabupaten banyuasin menjadi Beban APBD Kabupaten Banyuasin pada tahun 2021.
Mengingat sesuai peraturan presiden untuk P3K ditingkat daerah gaji di bebankan ke APBD.
Hal itu jelas tetuang pada Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) nomor 98 tahun 2020 tentang gaji dan tunjangan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).
Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Banyuasin Fraksi Golkar M.Nasir mengatakan, jumlah Formasi P3K Kabupaten Banyuasin mencapai 2783 Tenaga Kerja Pengajar yang berakibat langsung terhadap beban APBD Kabupaten Banyuasin 2021 dan seterusnya.
Menurutnya, Pada tahun 2021 pemerintah kabupaten Banyuasin mengalami Defisit APBD nilai angka Rp 523 Milyar, sehingga mampukah menanggulangi beban gaji dan tunjangan P3K tersebut kata Nasir.
Kita tentu sangat mendukung Program Pemerintah Pusat dalam rangka rekrutment Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). “Akan tetapai APBD Kabupaten Banyuasin harus mampu menanggulangi beban gaji dan tunjangan P3K tersebut,”kata Nasir.
Rekrutmen P3K sangatlah baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga pendidik (menginggat kita masih kekurangan tenaga pendidik) Apalagi untuk membuka lowongan kerja baru dan memberikan kesempatan kepada putra putri terbaik Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin mengabdi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuasin ditengah banyakya pengangguran akibat dampak pandemi covid 19.
