Hadiri Pelantikan dan Pengukuhan DPD ABPEDNAS Sumsel Periode 2022-2027

RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG – Gubernur Sumsel H Herman Deru menghadiri Pelantikan dan Pengukuhan Dewan Pengurus Daerah DPD Asosiasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Nasional (ABPEDNAS) Prov Sumsel Periode 2022-2027 di Hotel Swarna Dwipa, Senin (19/9).

Dalam sambutannya Herman Deru berharap organisasi ini dapat menjembatani aspirasi masyarakat. Karena itu keberadaannya  di tingkat desa  harus  memahami kondisi lapangan.

Selain itu, Bapak Pembangunan Sumsel itu ingin ABPEDNAS Sumsel dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai mitra kepada desa sebagai jembatan  masyarakat menyampaikan aspirasinya agar roda  pemerintahan di desa berjalan dengan dekokratis.

“Jangan tinggalkan tugas pokok BPD  sebagai penyambung  lidah masyarakat kepada pemerintah, tidak ada artinya organisasi ini jika tidak ada praktek  yang  memberikan kemaslahatan kepada masyarakat,” katanya.

Untuk itu, Herman Deru meminta ABPEDNAS dapat mengayomi dan menjembatani aspirasi masyarakat karena ini salah satu tugas pokok organisasi tersebut.

“Kepengurusan ini agar selalu menjaga marwah organisasi untuk membangun kepercayaan masyarakat yang berada di desa, dengan Attitude yang baik sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan aspirasi,”terangnya.

Disisi lain, Gubernur Terinovatif itu juga meminta kepada ABPEDNAS untuk tetap menjaga soliditas dalam berorganiasi dengan  mempelajari semua peraturan yang ada mulai dari Perpres, Permen, Pergub, Perbub dan Peraturan Desa itu sendiri.

“Dalam membuat  Perdes itu harus betul-betul  dikawal jangan sampai pada pasal tertentu yang justru merugikan  masyarakat atau keberlangsungan adat istiadat desa yang sudah ada sebelumnya..

“Dalam organisiasi ini perlu solid, mulai dari perangakat desa  hingga tingkat RT agar tujuan mensejahterakan rakat akan  berjalan dengan lancar,” tandasnya.

Turut Hadir Staf ahli bidang kemasyarakatan dan Pembangunan SDM Nelson Firdaus, Ketua umum DPD ABPEDNAS Deden Samsudin SH, Ketua DPD ABPEDNAS Sumsel Abdul Rohim.****
