RIMAUNEWS, PALEMBANG- Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) bersama PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Palembang dalam waktu dekat direncanakan akan menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) pemberian fasilitas kredit penyediaan rumah yang dipertuntukan bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dilingkungan Pemprov Sumsel.
Hal tersebut terungkap dalam audensi Kepala Cabang PT. BTN Liberty Lubis dan BSCU Head PT. BTN Fidelis Zebua yang diterima Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Provinsi Sumsel H. Nasrun Umar diruang kerjanya, Selasa (6/10) pagi.
Menurut Sekda H. Nasrun Umar, Pemprov Sumsel mendukung penuh program BTN yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terlebih dalam hal penyediaan fasilitas kredit perumahan yang akan diperuntukan bagi kalangan ASN yang usianya berkisar 38 tahun ke bawah atau sering disebut dengan milineal terutama diperioritaskan bagi ASN yang belum memiliki rumah tempat tinggal.
“Program yang ditawarkan oleh Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Palembang ini sangat dinantikan oleh ASN Milenial.Ini angin segar bagi para ASN di lingkungan Pemprov,” ucap Sekda.
Dalam merealisasikan MoU ini nantinya, Nasrun Umar berjanji akan memberikan informasi dan data yang akurat terutama terkait dengan data ASN yang membutuhkan rumah hunian yang layak.
“Kita mengharapkan agar ada kemudahan bagi ASN. Jadi syaratnya juga kalau bisa lebih dipermudah,” tandasnya.
Sementara Kepala Cabang PT. BTN Liberty Lubis menyebut Bank BTN akan berupaya memfasilitasi ASN yang hendak memiliki rumah dengan fasilitas terbaik.
“Nanti kita jualnya per kluster bukan perorang, nanti tinggal kita design terkait dengan strata kebutuhan. Jadi antara kapasitas kebutuhan akan kita sesuaikan. Kalau seandainya ini sukses, ini ekslusif. artinya BTN memediasi antara permintaan dan penawaran, jadi tidak sembarangan kita ajukan ke developer ,” tandasnya.(Num/rill)
